Every service, in local priority order

Leak Detection

Pressure loss with nothing visible above ground. We locate the break before anyone opens a trench or a slab.

Slab Leak Detection & Repair

Warm spots on the floor, a running meter, and a foundation poured over caliche. Located, then repaired or rerouted.

Water Damage Restoration

Extraction, drying and moisture mapping after a supply line, heater or septic backup soaks the structure.

Drain Cleaning

One slow fixture is local. Everything slow at once is the line out to the tank or the main.

Main Line & Sewer Backup

Sewage at the lowest drain in the house. We clear the blockage, then camera the line to find out why.

Faucet Repair & Installation

Cartridges chewed up by mineral scale, seized supply stops, and hose bibs that split over winter.

Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Bellied, offset or root-filled runs between the house and the tank, in ground that turns to caliche at two feet.

Water Heater Repair

No hot water, short hot water, or a rumbling tank. On hard well water the cause is usually scale.

Water Heater Installation & Replacement

Tank swaps done to the 2024 IPC with the expansion control, pan and drain the inspector will look for.

Boiler Repair & Installation

Hydronic and radiant systems that carry houses through 20-degree nights at 4,700 feet.

Tankless Water Heater

Installation, descaling and repair. Mineral-heavy water makes the service valves non-negotiable here.

Garbage Disposal Repair & Installation

Jammed, humming or leaking units, plus honest advice about disposals on a septic system.

Burst & Broken Pipe Repair

Split lines in well houses, crawl spaces and manufactured-home belly boards after a hard freeze.

Sump Pump Service

Crawl space and perched-water pumps, plus sewage ejectors in daylight basements and shops.

Toilet Repair & Installation

Running fill valves, weeping wax rings and replacements chosen for septic-friendly flush volume.

Water Softener Installation & Repair

Sized against your own well test, not a town average, and plumbed with a bypass and hard-water tap.

Hydro Jetting

High-pressure scouring for grease, scale and root mats that a cable only bores a hole through.

Gas Line Installation & Repair

Propane and natural gas runs, leak testing and generator or shop drops, permitted and pressure tested.

Repiping

Whole-house replacement when the third pinhole leak in a year says the pipe itself is finished.

What to do before we arrive

Four minutes that change the visit

Whatever the job turns out to be, these apply, and the first two occasionally prevent the emergency entirely.

  • Know where your main shutoff is and confirm it turns. On a private well, know where the pump breaker is as well. Find both now rather than during a leak.
  • If water is escaping, shut it off before anything else. On a well, kill the pump too, or it will keep supplying the leak until the power goes off.
  • Do not walk into standing water near outlets, appliances or a panel. Switch the circuit off first.
  • If you smell gas, leave the building and call from outside. Do not operate switches, and do not go looking for the source.
  • Stop using water entirely if a drain is backing up. Every fixture feeds the same line, and the lowest one is where it comes out.
  • Photograph anything wet before you move it, and note when it started. Both matter to an insurer later.

When to call rather than wait for business hours: an active leak, no water at all, sewage in the building, or any smell of gas.

Not sure which of the nineteen you need? Describe what is happening and we will tell you, including when the answer is that you do not need us.

DESCRIBE THE SYMPTOM(928) 766-1925

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the symptom rather than the fix. Water where it should not be usually starts with leak detection, because locating the break decides everything about the repair that follows. Slow drains across the whole house point at the main line rather than at any one fixture. No hot water is a water heater question until proven otherwise.

If two of those sound right at once, say so on the phone. Overlapping symptoms are common on well systems and they change which truck we send.

This work follows the 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC) and 2024 International Residential Code (IRC), both adopted by the Town of Chino Valley. Permitting runs through Town Development Services in town and Yavapai County outside the town limits. Licence status for any Arizona contractor, including us, can be checked on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors public licence search.

Tell us the symptom, not the diagnosis

A two minute call usually narrows it down further than an hour of reading.
