Areas with their own page

Williamson

Williamson Valley and Mint Valley, at 5,000 feet on the western edge of the aquifer. Deeper wells, colder nights, longer driveways.

Paulden

North along Highway 89 at the Verde headwaters. Basalt ground, mostly post-2000 housing, almost entirely well and septic.

Everywhere else in the valley

Beyond those two, we cover Chino Valley itself end to end, Del Rio Springs, the Perkinsville Road corridor east toward Jerome Junction, and the acreage either side of State Route 89. If you are unsure whether your address is in range, the quickest answer is to call and read out the nearest cross road.

Distance never becomes a surprise line item. A drive out past the end of the pavement is quoted before dispatch, which is the same rule we apply on the Chino Valley side of the valley.

What changes from one part of the valley to another

Three things worth mentioning when you call

The plumbing is the same everywhere. What differs is the ground, the water supply and the drive, and all three affect the visit.

  • Whether you are on a private well or a town supply. It changes the whole diagnostic approach on a pressure problem, and it decides which parts travel on the truck.
  • Whether you are on septic or a sewer connection. On a whole-house slowdown that single fact changes where we start looking.
  • Which authority permits your property. The Town of Chino Valley covers the incorporated area; Yavapai County covers Williamson Valley, Paulden and the surrounding acreage.
  • Your nearest cross road rather than just the street number. Out on the longer roads that is what turns a vague arrival window into a real one.

None of that is a coverage test. It is what lets us give you an honest time and turn up with the right parts on the first visit.

Not sure which side of a jurisdiction line your property sits on? We deal with both offices weekly and can tell you in a minute.

Coverage map

Coverage runs the length of the valley from the Prescott side north through Chino Valley to Paulden, west into Williamson Valley, and east along the Perkinsville Road corridor.

Written and reviewed by the Chino Valley Plumbing Pros team. We publish under the company name rather than under an individual byline, because the work behind these pages is done by the crew rather than by one person.

This work follows the 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC) and 2024 International Residential Code (IRC), both adopted by the Town of Chino Valley. Permitting runs through Town Development Services in town and Yavapai County outside the town limits. Licence status for any Arizona contractor, including us, can be checked on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors public licence search.
